Homeopathy
I initially became interested in homeopathy in 1993 after having an illness that couldn't be helped by conventional medicine. The homeopathic treatment was so successful that I was inspired to study homeopathy and see if I could help others in the same way. Since qualifying in 1997 I have completed three post graduate courses in advanced homeopathy.

Craniosacral Therapy
I am an experienced Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and often use this in combination with homeopathy if needed. I find this a powerful combination of healing therapies.

My Approach
To be sure to prescribe the best treatment for you as an individual, I work with you to understand your specific needs and history. Through an initial consultation we explore various aspects of your life, for example your emotional state, sleep patterns and any causes of stress you might face. A detailed medical history will also be taken including past and present physical conditions, illnesses, family medical history; even injuries or surgery offer useful information to the diagnosis.
For many, this initial consultation is often the first time you will have the opportunity to talk about yourself, your feelings and conditions in detail and how it affects your life, which can be a very healing experience in itself. My patients often feel a sense of well-being, optimism and relaxation after taking their homeopathic medicine, but the speed with which you feel relief will depend on the condition being treated.
